Summertime Treats

I don’t have to tell all the Mom’s out there that summertime is here. Here are some great idea’s for some healthy easy low cal eats for those ever hungry kiddies.   For a really easy healthy treat try some veggies and dip. Grab some celery and cucumbers, break into small pieces for those little fingers.  I like to add some store-bought  ranch dressing however you could make your own. Then just place them in some small cups (you can get these at your local grocery.) If you don’t see them just ask they are sometimes kept in the deli. The Meringues are also very easy to make and super low cal. See my meringue recipe to follow.
